POLICY & FAQ
CANCELLATIONS
There will be a 50% deposit required at the time of booking for all services. Cancellations or no show appointments are non-refundable, we do however offer rescheduling with no penalty up until 24 hours before your appointment time.
MAKEUP PREP
Please arrive with nothing on your skin except for a light moisturizer and exfoliate the night before.
HAIR PREP
Please arrive with freshly washed and dried hair unless you are receiving a service that includes a blow dry. For blow dry services please arrive with freshly washed damp hair.
SCHEDULING
Your appointment duration will be dependant on your appointment type. We book off the maximum time slot for each service per client but may be shorter dependant on the look.
STUDIO HOURS
We will always try to accommodate, however we cannot guarantee that it will be possible. Please email us if you booking needs to be done outside of business hours dahliavan@gmail.com
SOCIAL MEDIA
Please let us know if you are uncomfortable with being showcased on our social media platforms. We request before/after pictures during our services but it is not required.
